Delete your CaloCalo account

The fastest way to delete your CaloCalo account is from inside the CaloCalo app, on Android or iOS:

• Open CaloCalo and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm by tapping Delete.

Deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out. There is no waiting period.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@calocalo.app from the email address of your CaloCalo account (the one you signed in with through Google or Apple) with the subject “Delete my CaloCalo account”. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your sign-in identity and email address
• Your profile: height, weight, date of birth, sex, activity level, and goals
• Every meal, food, water, weight, and exercise entry you logged
• Your meal photos and progress photos
• Your referrals and AI analysis jobs

• Backups of our database roll off within 30 days.
• Server request logs are rotated automatically.
• Purchase records held by Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat are kept by those companies under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel it in Google Play or App Store settings.
